Meet Karma

My name is Tiffany Fair (Karma), I graduated from University of Alabama at Birmingham with a BSW in social work and from Troy University with a double masters in social work and counseling. I believe that mental health and self-care is very important. A few years ago my dad passed away and I became depressed. I tried a yoga class and fell in love with it right away. I received my 200 RYT training in 2020 from Yoga Gem. My passion is to incorporate yoga and mental health within each class. Connecting back with your body and mind will impact your life in ways you cannot imagine. Trust and take the journey.

A slow paced style yoga class with intention. Each class will have a theme that correlates with the asana flow.

Ex: yoga for grief, yoga for anxiety, or yoga for depression.

A fast-paced style of yoga that focuses on building strength and endurance. It is similar to gym workout.

The asanas (yoga poses) will be gentle movements that focus on the fundamentals of yoga poses and beginners friendly. A short mediation/breathing exercise will be held at the beginning of class. Classes are closed once mediation is complete.

Asana flow will be slow but intense. Yoga poses will target the core and buttock area. classes are for both genders. No experience is required but experience working-out is recommended.
